雙軸槳葉混合機(jī)性能特點： 1．混合周期短、混合均勻度高：物料在 45—60S 時間內(nèi)混合均勻度 CV ≤ 5％，減少了混合時間，提高了生產(chǎn)效率； 2．裝填量可變范圍大：裝填系數(shù)可變范圍為 0.1 一 0.8，適用于多行業(yè)中 不同密度、粒度等物料的混合； 3．混合不產(chǎn)生偏析：該機(jī)在 1 分鐘內(nèi)混合均勻后，物料不發(fā)生分級現(xiàn)象， 且不會因為密度、粒度等物性差別大而產(chǎn)生偏析； 4．出料快、殘留量小：底部采用氣動全長雙開門結(jié)構(gòu)，排料迅速、殘留少。
